At Fujifilm House of Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your imaging gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible cameras, lenses, and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included documentation to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the item in its original Fujifilm retail box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and lens caps are included before placing it inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to the House of Photography

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or visit our flagship store for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
